Team Organization
A team of 200+ swimmers requires leadership and structure to ensure a successful season. Every family volunteers at meets (25-30 per meet!), throughout the season, or throughout the year. Seven parent volunteers comprise the Garrett Park Swim Team Leadership Committee. The Committee, led by the A Reps, works together throughout the entire calendar year to make major decisions about coaching, activities, budget, and other priorities. If you are interested in one of those jobs, please send a message to the A Reps. Job sign ups for the 2026 season will open at 8pm on Monday, May 25.
