Montgomery Stroke & Turn Clinic
Sunday evenings at KSAC, all stroke work, no meets, RMSC coaches! Registration is supposed to open mid-August (around the 14th). https://www.mstcswim.com/ For the Rockville and Gaithersburg locations, registration is currently open.

We have swimmers in Advanced Juniors Group, Seniors Group, Advanced Seniors Group, National Developmental Group, and the National Training Group mostly at KSAC but also at MLK. More details: RMSC
SwimLabs
This is great for the beginner swimmers who want to improve their stroke and endurance in a very small group. They have endless pools inside a storefront. It’s very unique but strangely fun for the kids. More info: https://www.swimlabs.com/locations/montgomery-county-md
Tollefson Swimming (year round team/stroke & turn/endurance)
Tuesday 7/11, 8-9 pm @ Georgetown Prep (10900 Rockville Pike, North Bethesda MD)
Tollefson Swimming is proud to offer a variety of programs at Georgetown Prep this fall including: beginner in-water classes, deck-coached stroke technique classes, endurance classes, masters swimming for adults, and our competitive Team TOLL.
